Absolutely, we work with clients building homes anywhere from 2,500 sqft to 20,000 sqft+

We actually have two design processes for this reason. Design process #1 would be where the client wants us to present a full design plan for their home. This process is best for clients who a) Don't have time to come to all the meetings or have a hard time making decisions b) Want to use our full creativity to their benefit; after all, this is usually why we are hired c) Are not local during the build process. Design process #2 would be where the client wants to help create a design plan for their home. This process is best for clients who a) Have extreme knowledge and understanding about interior design and the building process b) Know what they want c) Are local and readily available at any time.

We generally suggest budgeting 1-2% of the cost of your home for Interior Design. In the grand scheme of things this is not a large cost if you look at the big picture, but this expense has the largest impact on your home. We believe everyone should make it a priority to hire a professional for such a large investment. For a furniture budget, we suggest budgeting 10-15% of the cost of your home in order to fill it with quality, and timeless pieces that will be the right scale and properly fill your home.
