Breaking Down our Eternal Villa Project
The Eternal Villa Project truly allowed us to push our creative boundaries with each layer of this house. This home quickly became a standout in the 2026 St. George Parade of Homes. There is personality woven throughout every space. We wanted this home to be full of color, texture, and thoughtfully curated pieces. One of our favorite aspects of this project was incorporating some of our go-to Regina Andrew pieces. Their designs brought in that perfect blend of sculptural form and artistic detail, helping us create focal points that feel both intentional and unexpected. In this blog post, we’ll be breaking down some of those selections and sharing why we love them so much. What makes this home especially memorable is its willingness to embrace the unexpected. From vibrant color moments to unique furnishings and layered materials, Eternal Villa is filled with personality at every turn.
The Great Room
The focal point of this room is the rounded fireplace, with arched bookshelves on either side to bring in that sense of symmetry we were after. From the beginning, we knew we wanted the furniture to feel a little more unexpected; something that didn’t feel overly typical. Instead of going with a standard loveseat, we brought in a blue chaise to introduce a subtle pop of color and give the eye a place to land.
To carry that balance through the space, we added two Regina Andrew Buoy floor lamps on either side of the console table. We love how their rounded bases feel almost sculptural, they add texture and shape in a way that feels intentional but still easy.
We also layered in touches of rust through the sofa and styling to warm everything up and give the room that relaxed, slightly boho feel we’re always drawn to. It’s one of those spaces that feels thoughtful and pulled together, but still a little playful and lived-in.

The Kitchen
This kitchen started with a feeling. We wanted it to be the kind of space that pulls you in the moment you walk through the door, and I think the beams do that before anything else. The arched plaster range hood was a defining design decision. Its hand-finished texture brings an artisanal quality to the kitchen that elevates the space well beyond the expected. We carried the arch through the upper cabinetry and into the doorway beyond, creating a quiet visual rhythm that feels intentional without ever becoming repetitive.

The Butler's Pantry
The butler's pantry was our opportunity to have a little fun, and that tile was where it all started. The multi-toned vertical stripe tile running from counter to ceiling is the undeniable star of the space. Cream, camel, chocolate, and charcoal; the palette pulled directly from the broader home, but executed here in a way that feels playful and unexpected. It's the kind of detail that stops people in their tracks.
Overhead, the Small Summer Outdoor Pendant by Regina Andrew was a natural choice. Its woven wicker shade and scalloped silhouette bring just the right amount of texture and warmth to the space; a reminder that the best lighting feels collected, not selected. Hung against that striking tile, it becomes its own quiet moment.

The Sitting Room
In this space, we leaned into creating a quieter, more relaxed moment within the home. The built-in shelving with the repeated arches ties back to that design detail carried throughout, while also giving the room a sense of structure and rhythm.
We kept the palette soft and layered, mixing warm woods, stone, and textural fabrics to make it feel comfortable and lived-in. The mix of seating adds a slightly collected feel, each piece a little different, but all working together.

The Casita
In this bedroom, we wanted it to feel warm, layered, and a little unexpected. The built-in kitchenette adds a unique, almost boutique hotel feel, while still tying back to the rest of the home through the arched cabinetry details and warm, earthy tones.
For the casita, we wanted the styling to feel simple, intentional, and a little bit collected. We used a grouping of Regina Andrew Bud Vases to create an easy focal moment, nothing overly styled, just pieces that naturally work well together. We also set the Regina Andrew Beretta Leather Mirror on a wall that you see right when you walk in. This mirror was the perfect grounding piece in this room. The leather veining and color ties the room together.

The Primary Suite
Designing the primary suite for Eternal Villa, we kept coming back to one word: sanctuary. The four-poster oak bed frame sets the foundation, its warm, solid presence balanced by layers of cream linen and textured bedding that feel effortless rather than styled.
Set behind a hidden door we really wanted this room to feel organic and calm. Each texture and material working with each other, instead of against. We centered the Regina Andrew Ibiza Mirror above the bed frame. It was the perfect piece to be the focal point and make the room feel bigger by reflecting light.

The Primary Bathroom
We brought the exterior stone in to the primary bath to give it that organic and serene feeling. They give the space an almost European quality that we absolutely leaned into. The freestanding soaking tub sits against a backdrop of dramatic charcoal tile, balanced by brass fixtures that feel aged and collected rather than brand new.
The Regina Andrew Polly sconces flank the mirrors and add to the European element we really leaned into in this bathroom.

Not every room needs to be light and airy. Sometimes the most inviting spaces are the ones that pull you in with depth and drama, and that was exactly the intention here. The sculptural brass chandelier with its organic, tulip-shaped shades becomes a true focal point against that dark ceiling, casting a warm amber light that sets the mood beautifully.
At the foot of the bed sits the Beretta Leather Bench by Regina Andrew, and it was exactly the right call. Its ribbed cream leather and brass-tipped legs bring a refined sculptural quality to the space, bridging the warmth of the chandelier above with the softness of the bedding. It's the kind of piece that elevates a room from well-designed to truly finished.

Guest Suite 2
This room was pure joy to design. The moment we committed to that warm terracotta paint, carried across the walls and ceiling for full immersion; the rest of the room fell into place beautifully. The oversized woven chandelier with its sculptural scalloped silhouette sets the tone from the moment you walk in. We chose a cheetah fabric from Park City Blind & Design for the drapery to match the other unique elements throughout the room.
And then there are the ottomans. The cheetah print fabric on those waterfall-edge benches at the foot of the bed is the moment that makes this room.

Guest Suite 3
Wrapping the vaulted ceiling and the upper wall in this rich botanical wallpaper was a bold decision, and one we'd make again without hesitation. We kept the walls a soft sage to let the ceiling breathe, and the arched upholstered headboard in a muted greige keeps the bed grounded and elegant. The pair of swivel chairs upholstered in a bold banana leaf print were a natural extension of the room's botanical narrative.
Terracotta linen drapes, a sculptural disc pendant, and a vintage butterfly study on the nightstand complete the story.

The Playroom
Hidden behind a hidden door is this unique playroom. The hand-painted tree mural was the starting point and, honestly, the heart of the entire space. Sprawling across the walls and up onto the ceiling, it transforms the room into something truly magical.
Built-in shelving and a long floating desk keep the space functional and organized, while the sculptural powder blue upholstered chairs bring in just the right amount of playfulness.

The Pool House
We designed this area to be a gathering space for the whole family. We wanted it to be a luxurious, laid back design with coastal elements. Four raffia and brass pendants hung at varying heights set the tone immediately; warm, relaxed, and full of character. Cream linen seating surrounds a sculptural live-edge teak coffee table that anchors the room beautifully.
